26 Jan 2017 Kickoff Clinic was a success!!
Over the long MLK weekend, FYC hosted coaches Richard Feeny, Scott Ikle, and Scott Lindley to run a 3 day high performance clinic on Lasers and Optimist. Sailors from all along the Gulf Coast and Atlanta applied and we had a great group of 12 Lasers and 6 Optimists. The wind was light on Saturday and Sunday and picked up to about 15knots on Monday but with the temperatures around 68-74 degrees who can complain in January? Be on the lookout for future clinics with this format- everyone loved the chance to practice with a fleet and the high level of coaching!
